JK Industries is looking for a an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator/Administrative professional to provide support to the office as a whole.



  • Assists other supervisors of production/operations to improve quality, profitability and safety.
  • Coordinates with supervisors on implementing safety projects.
  • Organize facility meetings, team "huddles," Communication Meetings, Staff Meetings, Business Reviews (includes preparation and distribution of agendas, meeting minutes, follow up on action items)
  • Match incoming expense purchase receipts and enter into JDE.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Prepare and ship UPS documents.
  • Assist with travel arrangements.
  • Provide back up support for Customer Service/Shipping when necessary
  • Answer Phones 
  • Organize/Vendor/Customer File's
  • Industry Audit Preparation
  • Receipt Coding & Collection
  • Order Buying/Receiving
  • HR Correspondence
  • Timesheet Collection/Payroll Correspondence
  • Credit Card Statements
  • Prepare Invoices
  • Monitor Aging Recievables
  • COI Distribution
  • Operations Support
  • Schedule/iHost Training Sessions
  • Web Marketing Skills - Social Media Skills
  • Monitor Rented Equip Billing Cycles
  • Bonding Correspondence
  • Bid Proposal Preparation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous office management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Viewpoint 
  • Experience with SSPC Requirements
